The Descendants Project is currently assisting residents of St. John the Baptist Parish, one of the hardest-hit areas of Hurricane Ida, in their recovery efforts.  As residents of  St. John the Baptist, we are in constant engagement with the community to determine and tend to their needs.  We are also creating a hurricane recovery plan to aid and better prepare our area for future storms and post storm recovery.  Contact us at to learn more about our efforts or to donate to our Hurricane Ida relief efforts.  Residents seeking assistance can register for aid using the below links.
